Up to two receipts can be sent, so that both the traveler and their administrative assistant or travel department can track and properly account for all charges. Credit card customers can also see their charge history on the web, 24 hours a day. For instance a traveler, their administrative assistant, and the firm’s travel department can all receive confirmations regardless of who booked the order. This is especially important with business travel schedules in constant flux.

Individuals and organizations can also view their current reservations on the web (access them via “Web Services,” below). An individual or team may view all current reservations for a particular account with a simple click. A great tool for event management!

Customers with invoiced accounts can have their billing sorted, subtotaled and even paginated by cost center, client-matter ID, accounting unit, or any other information provided at the time of reservation.

Firms with a broad daily use of Quicksilver can receive detailed use reports at any interval they request, providing monitoring of use and cost to office service administrators, supervisors and accounting personnel. 

Firms that use Quicksilver TownCar as their recommended transportation vendor can rely on Quicksilver’s customized cooperative web sites to aid in the implementation and administration of their policies.
